Here's some scenes from the 2002 PA YHEC Hunter Responsibility Test Behind closed doors at the beginning of every PA YHEC our participants must take a hunter responsibility and wildlife identification test. Since they all have previously successfully passed their Hunter Trapper Education Course, the YHEC Kids are expected to be familiar with all the PA Wildlife that the Game Commission has a duty to protect.
PGC Hunter Trapper Education Division Head, Keith Snyder has been supervising the test for a number of years now. Volunteer Hunter Ed Instructors can be found throughout the various events making a major contibution to the success of the PA YHEC.
