2003 PA YHEC Sporting Clays Event New to the PA YHEC scene for 2003 were the sporting clays towers. Those who have been to the International YHEC have seen them before. One was recently purchased by the PA YHEC Council and will be a permanent addition. The other was on loan to us from the NRA.With several throwers on each level, the clay "birds" or "rabbits" can be presented in many different ways.
