To the YHEC Community,

I take full responsibility for the problems that arose at the State YHEC event on June 19^th at State College. I will do everything that I can to make things right. I will call a meeting of the NRA and all parties involved to review the new computer scoring program. Following this review I will post the results on this web site. This problem should never happen again.

If you have constructive suggestions, please email them to this web site and we will consider them as part of our meeting. I would ask that you focus on the positive aspect of YHEC and convey that to all participants. I will do my best to fix the problems.
